Balin Cooper is GWIKS 2022-2023 Undergraduate Research Fellows Alumnus. Balin studied at the Elliott School of International Affairs, majoring in International Affairs with a concentration in International Economics.

The GWIKS 2022-2023 URF Program Participant Balin Cooper submitted his URF paper “American Trade Protectionism and the Chaebol: A case study of Hyundai Corporation and the CHIPS and Science Act” to a student essay competition from the Korea-America Association & Pony Chung Foundation. As one of the first runners-up, he is receiving a prize of $5,000! Incredible highlight demonstrating the impact of the GWIKS Undergraduate Research Fellows (URF) Program on students.

Emily Neal is GWIKS 2022-2023 Undergraduate Research Fellows Alumna. Emily Neal received a B.A. in International Affairs. Emily concentrated on Contemporary Cultures & Societies and minoring in Immigration & Migration Studies.
